Santa's Workshop

We finally made it to Santa's Workshop! We have been telling Taylor about it for months now so it was on our must do list. The ENTIRE Murdoch Family was there which was awesome! I think that one of the simplest rides in the park is one of the favorites! I remember it from when I used to go when I was little...... the candy cane slide!! Every single person in the family went on it at least once and it was tough to pull Tay away. Dad totally took out a little girl at the bottom but it was hilarious and nobody was injured. Although it seems smaller every time I go, not a good sign, it is a blast largely because they still believe in giving you a piece of carpet so you FLY!! Taylor, as usual, was our dare devil and Hayden freaked out on just about everything! It is funny to see how different they both are even at this point. We went on rides, fed some deer, and of course ate some fudge. Kiersten and I even manned up for one of the most traumatic park experiences of our childhood... the Santa's Workshop Haunted House..... yes they have one and yes it is really sad we were actually afraid of it! We had to call it quits mid afternoon because the sun was slipping behind the mountains and our little ones were pooped and getting cold.

Taylor was extra big sisterly sweet that day..... she kept putting her arm around Hayden on the rides!
